Gift Card Policy: We sell gift cards. They have a 5 year expiration. NO EXTENTIONS. We require that you give a 24 hour notice when canceling your appointment. You made the appointment in good faith to show up at the time of the appointment we have set aside for you. Should you fail to show up or give a 24 hour notice to cancel, you forfeit the gift card. If you can’t make the appointment and it is less than a 24 hour notice, get someone else to use your card so you do not lose the amount. A gift card will not be replaced if lost or stolen. If a gift card was purchased for a special, or offering free services or food, it will be valid for that special for ONE year from the date of purchase. After one year, the gift card will be worth the value of the original purchase price minus any special offers or free services or food for the remainder of 5 years from the date of purchase. Gratuities are the responsibility of the bearer. We ask for your understanding concerning this policy. Prices and services are subject to change without notice.
