Imported capellini pasta tossed with ripe grape tomatoes, Italian tomato sauce, garlic, extra virgin olive oil and fresh basil.

• Sausage Salentino

Italian sausage sauteed with imported orecchiette pasta, tender broccoflower, fresh garlic, roasted grape tomatoes and extra virgin olive oil.

• Pollo Caprese

Juicy chicken simply grilled with extra virgin olive oil and fresh lemon. Served with Capellini Pomodoro and Buffalo mozzarella.

• Pollo Limone Rustica

Tender, grilled chicken sauteed with imported penne pasta in a lemon-basil sauce with fresh spinach, roasted red peppers, topped with fresh lemon zest and baked until golden brown.

• Carmela's Chicken Rigatoni

Grilled chicken, mushrooms, carmelized onions, fresh basil and Parmesan cheese tossed with imported rigatoni pasta and Masala cream sauce.

• Pasta Milano

Tender grilled chicken, sun-dried tomatoes, fresh mushrooms and imported bowtie pasta in a roasted garlic cream sauce.

• Honey Balsamic Chicken

Grilled chicken with honey balsamic glaze. Served with sun-dried tomato capellini pasta and grilled broccoli.

• Spaghetti Bolognese

Imported spaghetti sauteed with traditional, slow-simmered Bolognese meat sauce made with ripe tomatoes and fresh Italian herbs.

• Eggplant Parmigiana

Fresh eggplant pan-seared with a delicate crust and baked with imported Italian tomato sauce, fresh mozzarella and basil. Served with capellini pasta.

• Chicken Cannelloni

Hand-rolled pasta filled with grilled chicken, fresh spinach and mozzarella, then baked in an Asiago cream sauce. Topped with imported Italian tomato sauce.

• Spaghetti & Meatballs

Imported artisan spaghetti and handmade meatballs. Served with your choice of Italian tomato sauce or authentic Bolognese meat sauce.

• Lasagna Al Forno

Twice baked lasagna layered with authentic Bolognese meat sauce, ricotta and mozzarella. Topped with imported Italian tomato sauce, mozzarella and basil. 

• Fettuccine Alfredo

Imported fettuccine pasta sauteed with cream, butter and Parmesan cheese. Add chicken.

• Chicken Parmigiana

Hand-breaded chicken breast, pan-seared and baked with imported Italian tomato sauce, fresh mozzarella, basil and oven-roasted tomatoes. Served with capellini pasta.

• Chicken Marsala

Chicken topped with Portobello mushrooms, roasted garlic and Marsala wine sauce. Served with capellini pasta.
