Depending on whether you are in your second or third trimester, we incorporate a soothing massage, using a prego pillow (hollowed out area for the abdomen) or body pillows, giving you the ability to lie on your tummy, or side lining you as your pregnancy matures. CAUTION! It is not recommended to have massage therapy during the first 11 weeks of pregnancy. Consult your physician if you have concerns or if you are classified as a High Risk pregnancy prior to receiving a massage. |
