There's just something better about a personal referral, feeling welcome when you walk in to a room, someone remembering your name, and being treated with care.

All of these applied to my experience at Today's Touch.

On referral from friends, I called their office early on a Tuesday, hoping they would have availability that same day for a Couples Massage. I left a message and

received a call back within an hour.. from the owner! His name is Bill and he set the pace for the rest of the day. So nice! We were able to get an appointment for a

60 minute Couples Deep Tissue Massage that evening.

When hubby & I arrived we were greeted by name and everyone was there: Bill, our two therapists, and the company mascot (Pumpkin the Golden Retriever)!

Angela & Jessica were our masseuses and they were fabulous! Not only did they make us feel comfortable with their friendly personalities, but they went to town on

our muscles! I would highly recommend either of them, just be sure to specify if you want to chat during the massage or not.

What a lovely, relaxing time for both of us! They have Dinner Spa packages, too! Food AND massage?! I'm in.

My Mom gave my GF & I a 90 minute Couples Relaxation Massage gift certificate to this business.

I have had a few massages in my day and I have to say the professional experience here was quite relaxing.

My GF and I arrived on time and filled out some basic information in the center lobby & store which was quaintly decorated for Christmas and the winter season with an accompanying fire place as well. We were quickly introduced to the Masseuses and shown our room.

We were asked to undress and lie down on the table facing up. It was up to us if we wanted to wear lower undergarments. 

The room was big enough to fit 2 massage tables and decorations. One wall had a horizontally half wall sized mirror.

The decorations carried you away to a country evening with big houses on plenty of land and summer grass stalks swaying in the breeze. Lights were dim.

The music was very relaxing and calming. I recall hearing ocean waves crashing into the shore. Between our 2 tables up against the wall was a small mosaic type fountain ball and 4 votive candles.

The massage tables had a heated leg raise on it and it was comfortable to have the knees slightly bent while feeling the heat come from the riser.

We lay down for a few moments & shortly thereafter our respective Masseuses came out. The massage started at our face, went to upper chest, both arms, and then legs. We flipped over and were finished with our back, legs once again, and finally a foot scrub.

The foot scrub was awesome (Guys, if you have never had one, do yourself a favor here, get one!) After the scrub they placed a wet hot towel around our feet. A M A Z I N G. That's the really short version of the massage; it took an hour to do all of those spots!

When getting a professional massage, I always try to imagine what their hands are doing, how they are standing, and what is going on so that I can duplicate this later.

In this case I was so relaxed that before my face was completed I was in la-la land. Somewhere I wish I could visit more frequently!

After our massage we were told it had been concluded and after dressing we could meet them in the lobby. We dressed left the room and met our masseurs....My GF asked about her back (she frequently has lower back pain) and was told she had some issues and would definitely benefit from regular massage. She agreed.

I asked my masseuse if she had noticed anything and she said not really but maybe my lower back was mildly tight. Our package then included hot appetizers and a glass of champagne.

For this we were taken to a small room that had a cafe style high table, candle lit, painted wall murals of a country side, with food and drink ready for us. It was just nice and relaxing.

Overall we both agreed the place was so great we did not want it to end. We both felt that maybe the massage could have been more aggressive (i.e. deep tissue) however we both realized well we did not say anything specific to either of the masseur's so it's quite possible they didn't know.

After later visiting the website, it seems to me our package was for a relaxation massage and not so much deep tissue. All in all, we were very pleased and hope to visit this location again, the sooner the better
